As a Keyholder, you will engage customers and provide them with valuable product education, fostering strong relationships. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help achieve sales objectives while ensuring compliance with cannabis laws and a safe environment. Your proactive approach to service will enhance the shopping experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and build engaging conversations

• Deliver education on cannabis strains and usage

• Collaborate with the team to drive sales performance

• Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards

• Ensure adherence to all relevant cannabis regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred

• Necessary provincial certifications must be upheld

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

• Must have reliable transportation
