Healthcare Security Guard

Position: Healthcare Security Guard at Paladin Security
Become a critical part of healthcare safety with Paladin Security as a Healthcare Security Guard. In this role, you will conduct Patient Watches and ensure a secure environment for patients and staff.

As a Healthcare Security Guard, prepare to engage in direct patient monitoring and utilize high-level interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment. Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to de-escalate tense situations while supporting clinical teams. You will receive full paid training including Healthcare Security and First Aid certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dedicated Patient Watches with a focus on safety

• Use de-escalation techniques in tense situations

• Maintain awareness and report safety concerns promptly

• Screen visitors and assist guests in a polite manner

• Complete regular foot patrols of the facility

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license for regional travel

• Open availability for various shifts, including weekends

• Ability to pass a standard criminal record check

• Strong communication skills in English

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
