Youth Crisis Program Facilitator

As a Support Liaison, you will implement dynamic programming for children under 12 facing emotional or behavioral issues. Your ability to manage priorities and collaborate with diverse teams will be essential in meeting operational needs and delivering effective support. Engaging with families and community members will enhance the holistic service provided to youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create tailored daily activity schedules

• Monitor and report on individuals’ goals

• Assist youth in building support networks

• Facilitate communication on programming with all stakeholders

• Participate in onboarding and training processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of post-secondary education

• Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Clear background checks mandatory

• Vehicle insurance for $2 million liability

• Reliable vehicle access essential
