This full-time role involves assisting young adults in accessing education as part of the Transition to Adulthood Program, Advancing Futures (TAP/AF). You will utilize your interpersonal skills to navigate program pathways and collaborate with stakeholders. This permanent position offers a competitive salary while empowering youth for a brighter future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build trust and support program recipients in transition
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Apply trauma-informed practice principles
• Maintain positive relationships with community agencies
• Assist youth in achieving educational and transition goals
Requirements:
• Related university degree with 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of CYFEA and child intervention policies
• Experience engaging with Indigenous youth
• Proficiency in electronic databases
• Ability to apply anti-oppressive practices
Support young adults in achieving meaningful goals through education and personal development.
