• Keep detailed records of daily youth engagement

• Work with Supervisors on individual therapeutic strategies

Requirements:

• Strong desire to support youth facing tough challenges

• Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor

• Understanding of trauma-informed care practices

• Experience in relevant youth support services is beneficial

• Compliance with driving and security checks
