Mountain Plains Community Services Society of the North is seeking a passionate individual committed to supporting youth in their journey. As a Support Liaison, you will model healthy relationships, lead positive activities, and encourage behaviours that foster stability and skill-building. With a focus on creativity and collaboration, you will engage youth in your care and support both their goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual schedules based on individual and program needs

• Monitor person-centered goals and track progress

• Assist in building community support networks

• Coordinate support strategies with Program Manager

• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold therapeutic interventions

Requirements:

• Degree or 2-Year Diploma in Human Services

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License

• Clear Criminal Records Check

• Vehicle access with insurance for $2 million liability

• Knowledge of mental health support is an asset
