Analyst Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer with strong experience in Flutter, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and POS systems to join our technology team.

This role requires a hands-on professional who is technically strong,security-conscious, and capable of working across mobile, backend, database,and cloud server environments.

You will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining mission-critical systems with a strong focus on performance, data integrity, and security compliance
.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Flutter, C#, and ASP.NET
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases
  , queries, stored procedures, and indexes
• Support and enhance POS systems
  , including transaction processing and reporting
• Develop secure and scalable backend APIs using ASP.NET / .NET
• Manage application deployment and hosting on Windows Server
• Perform database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Ensure systems comply with security standards, audit requirements, and compliance policies
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis across application and database layers
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code and database reviews
• Work closely with business and operations teams to deliver stable solutions

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience as an Analyst Programmer or Software Engineer

Strong hands‑on experience in:

• Flutter
  (mobile application development)
• C#/ .NET / ASP.NETSQL Server (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)
• POS systems (retail / F&B / transaction‑based systems preferred)
• Windows Server environment and application hosting
• Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements

• Secure coding practices
  Authentication and authorization
  Data protection and access control
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of systems

• Experience with payment gateways or financial transaction systems
• Knowledge of database backup, recovery, and high‑availability concepts
• Experience with mobile app deployment (Android / iOS)
• Familiarity with security audits or regulated environments
