As a Tech Lead at Xsolla, you will be responsible for the technical direction of the Live Ops Monetization platform, guiding talented engineers in both backend (PHP, Go) and frontend (React/NextJS) technologies. Your leadership will not only focus on architecture and system scalability but also align closely with product design teams to create impactful workflows. You will champion best engineering practices while mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable Live Ops services and intuitive dashboards

• Provide leadership across backend and frontend stacks

• Architect solutions for real-time operational challenges

• Lead code reviews and mentorship initiatives

• Collaborate on complex Live Ops workflows with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience

• Strong expertise in backend systems and frontend architecture

• Proven ability to design microservices and APIs

• Proficient in Postgre

SQL/MySQL

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
