Calfrac is actively recruiting for its Operator in Training program designed for individuals new to the services industry. Providing a paid Class 1 training and hands-on mentoring, this role prepares you for becoming a qualified oil-field operator. You’ll participate in a structured schedule and earn competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete mandatory six-week training with Class 1 MELT

• Operate specialized Calfrac equipment

• Assist with scheduled maintenance in shop

• Comply with health, safety, and environment policies

• Work effectively in outdoor conditions with diverse teams

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Class 3 or 5 driver's licence

• High school diploma or GED is preferred

• Manual transmission experience preferred

• Previous industry experience is advantageous

• Fulfill all criteria of the OIT program
