• If you have experience leading a large Workday HCM integration and configuration project, then we want to talk to you! What you’ll do:

• Workday Implementations and Ongoing Support
  • Two integral parts of this landscape are Workday and UKG Workforce Dimensions.
  • You will serve as the Workday expert in business process management, report writing, data management, data extraction, integration design & management, and security administration.
• Project Management
  • You will provide guidance to all divisions on best practices and project planning and management of new implementations.
• Delivery of Service and Solutions
  • You will work across the enterprise to identify and drive the successful delivery of systems and process solutions to improve the efficiency of the business operations leveraging Workday and Dimensions.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years' experience in IT and Service Delivery Management.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration, integrations, and maintenance (EIBs, XSLT, XML, XPATH, Web Services, .Net or Java, Cloud Connect, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields).
• Demonstrated project management skills within a multi-business, single tenet environment.
• A proven history of delivering high-quality HCM Solutions with direct experience in Workday.
• A demonstrated ability to influence and guide multiple stakeholders through complex processes to reach a common goal.
