Ruskin, a subsidiary of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking an OEM Account Manager to deliver Best-in-Class customer experience by building and maintaining strong client relationships with OEMs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business success. This role is critical in supporting revenue growth and ensuring customer expectations are met through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact and account owner for assigned clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with account stakeholders to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Monitor account performance metrics weekly and drive improvements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify and resolve risks during the order lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot customer issues quickly to minimize disruption.
- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client goals.
- Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor accounts daily to identify risks and drive proactive communication.
- Follow pricing schedules and discount policies to protect profitability.
- Facilitate order management from quote to invoice and post‑sale actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years in customer‑facing roles such as customer service, account management, or inside sales.
- Experience supporting manufactured products in the commercial building market is preferred.
- Experience working with OEM customers is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, and CRM software is required.
Experience with Sugar
CRM is preferred. - Strong listening skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Ability to interpret customer requests, and business documents.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate‑controlled atmosphere designed for productivity.
