To provide exposure to and performance of high school level Broadway musical. Most importantly, students will achieve a higher level of self‑esteem and self‑worth through positive stage performance by singing, dancing, and acting alone and within both large and small group settings or through backstage work with lighting, sound, props, costuming, make‑up and set design and construction.

Assist with all aspects of performances including, but not limited to the following:

• Organize and conduct audition rehearsals.
• Distribute and collect parent permission forms.
• Organize and oversee auditions.
• Recommend purchase/rental of music books, props, and lighting and sound equipment as appropriate.
• Generate rehearsal and performance schedules.
• Conduct all music rehearsals.
• Conduct and/or supervise all choreography rehearsals.
• Conduct all blocking and on‑stage rehearsals.
• Organize parent volunteers and parent meetings.
• Supervise set design and construction.
• Supervise costuming and make‑up.
• Organize and supervise lighting and sound.
• All other duties as assigned by the Building Principal.
