• Welcome Members:
  Greet our members with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude, making them feel right at home.
• Achieve Together:
  Work together with your team to exceed individual and credit union goals by referring the perfect products and services.
• Handle Transactions with Care:
  Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and cashier’s checks accurately and efficiently.
• Be a Fraud Fighter:
  Keep an eye out for potential fraud and follow the proper reporting processes to protect our members.
• Solve Problems with a Can‑Do Attitude:
  Listen to our members, understand their needs, and find solutions with a positive, proactive approach.

• Education & Experience:
  
  A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or alternatively, two or more years of customer service experience and/or cash handling experience.
• Proficiency in Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Must be comfortable using computers and proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms, and other relevant software programs.
