To ensure Bulk production efficiency through process design and development, and direct production support.
Specific Responsibilities (including but not limited to):- Interact with the Quality and Tooling groups to resolve defects and mold issues.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement projects to improve efficiency and decrease scrap.
- Develop, design, and setup, processes, systems, workstations, and automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot, processes and system issues.
- Train lead people, setup people, and supervisors on systems.
- Interact with the Maintenance and Engineering groups to help troubleshoot, systems, develop preventive maintenance programs, and develop spare parts identification and systems.
- Develop work instructions for injection molding processes and systems and conduct training as appropriate.
- Monitor and audit injection molding systems for any non-conformances with the process.
- Lead Production Floor Team/Assign Responsibilities/Track Performance.
