Financial Analyst, Risk Manager/Analyst
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Assist with monthly reporting in relation to commercial loan portfolio concentrations, top exposure relationships, watchlist credits, Directors Loan Committee minutes, etc.
- Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures in relation to the Credit Department/Commercial Lending Department as a whole
- Assist with the creation and management of reporting loan policy exceptions
- Prepare credit memorandums for certain servicing actions to maintain accurate loan files
- Monitor & ensure all existing coding is accurate with the existing commercial loan portfolio
- Additional point-of-contact on new credits from initial application to the closing and booking of loans between Loan Operations and the Credit Department to ensure accuracy regarding portfolio-specific items (coding, total credit exposure calculations, guaranty %, etc.)
- Perform loan monitoring over life-of-loan for larger relationships including annual reviews, covenant testing, & file maintenance
- Occasionally assist underwriting credits primarily for existing portfolio renewals
- Additional point-of-contact for data collection from borrowers/lenders
- Assist with ensuring all loan files are up to date for all internal and external loan reviews
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education/ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Three to five years of experience in credit analysis and loan underwriting in a financial institution or equivalent experience in loan review, auditing, or financial analysis required.
Computer SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel.
