Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities- Analyzes applicant financial status, credit, and collateral evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loans for recommendation.
- Examines, evaluates, and recommends risk rating and loan decision based on analysis
- Prepares Credit Offering Reports and Term Sheets (with Lender assistance).
- Notify loan operations when a loan has been decisioned
- Compiles executed Credit Offering Reports for submitting to loan specialist for booking.
- Collaborates with Lenders managing matured loans.
- Contributes with Lenders on Account Monitoring Plans for accounts and/or relationships.
- Conducts market or industry research when needed.

Education/Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. One to three years of experience in credit analysis and loan underwriting in a financial institution or equivalent experience in loan review, auditing, or financial analysis required.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
