Finance Manager, North America

Ready to make an impact beyond the numbers? We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager, North America to join our regional Finance team. This role will partner closely with the Finance Director, site controllers, plant leaders, Operations, and Supply Chain to help drive financial performance and support strategic decision‑making across our North American manufacturing network. This is a great opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys combining FP&A, manufacturing finance, business partnering, and hands‑on analysis in a multi‑site environment.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze regional financial and operational performance and provide meaningful insights to leadership.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and regional reporting.
• Partner with site controllers and operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity, working capital, and efficiency.
• Review manufacturing KPIs, cost variances, inventory performance, and customer/product profitability.
• Use JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE) to support financial analysis, reporting, close activities, and process improvements.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, business cases, and investment analyses.
• Help drive consistency, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the region.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience in a multi‑site environment.
• Hands‑on JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE) experience.
• Strong FP&A, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar professional certification is preferred.
