Job Title: Pharmacy Director
Location: Near Grandview WA
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Full-Time, Days
Salary range: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
- The Pharmacy Director is responsible for the planning, development, and operation of all activities within the pharmacy.
- Creates and sustains a culture of continuous improvement in quality, patient safety, and pharmacy operations.
- Manages the department ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Provides supervision for other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; also serves as a working pharmacist for the facility.
- 3-5 years of pharmacy leadership experience.
- Hospital experience preferred.
