This full-time role involves providing high-quality, compassionate advanced patient care across multiple locations, including Kansas City, Pleasanton/Linn County, and Cass County/Harrisonville.
Responsibilities include assessing emergency situations, utilizing medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids, and communicating effectively with patients and their families.
Paramedics act as team leaders, manage scenes, drive ambulances, and collaborate with healthcare and public safety personnel.
Additional duties involve participating in community programs to promote a positive image.
Qualifications And Skills- High school diploma or GED
- Kansas and Missouri Paramedic certifications
- Valid state driver’s license and compliant driving record
- Required BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
- Pass physical agility test
- Healthcare experience preferred
