We are looking for a Renovation Project Manager to oversee and streamline our pool renovation projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating between field crews and office staff.
  • Oversee renovation projects from contract to completion, ensuring quality and cost‑efficiency.
  • Develop project schedules, draft work plans, and maintain project momentum.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including updating records in software like Leap, Level, and Company Cam.
  • Conduct showroom visits and client walk‑throughs to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proactively provide clients with information, updates, and documentation related to their renovation.
  • Track project purchases, work orders, and material needs, ensuring all required components are in place.
  • Monitor and maintain account receivables by processing change orders, progress billing, and collections.
  • Perform regular quality checks throughout the project and address concerns proactively.
  • Assist in sourcing materials, requesting quotes, and handling urgent purchasing needs.
  • Maintain accurate project records, prepare “Owner’s Manuals,” and ensure all compliance and warranty documents are completed.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in construction, pool renovation, masonry, or a related field.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple crews, contractors, and vendors through various project phases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interactions with clients, crews, and office staff.
  • Proficiency in technology, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Customer service mindset, ensuring that clients receive timely updates and top‑tier support.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, as many of our team members are Spanish‑speaking.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, as this role involves travel to job sites.

  • Full‑time position.
  • Competitive base salary at $65,000−$85,000 plus performance pay.
