Overview
BOSS – Grandview, Missouri – has an immediate opening for a Heavy Equipment Assembler – Rail Car Movers. This is a skilled position requiring precision, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical drawings. Proficiency with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards are critical. Experience with quality control and troubleshooting assembly issues adds value.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Assemble heavy equipment components using hand and power tools
- Ensure quality workmanship and troubleshoot assembly issues
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience reading technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Experience with quality control and problem solving is a plus
1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 10 hours per day, occasional work on Fridays
