Production Manager, Production QC/QA
Blue Origin’s Grandview, MO facility seeks a Production Supervisor to lead flight battery hardware production lines, drive daily build plans, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. You will manage a production team, monitor throughput, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and EHS to resolve issues.
You will coach staff, support hiring and performance management, enforce safety protocols for high voltage and Li-ion batteries, and pursue continuous improvement through 5S and standard work.
