• Learn about and identify turf pests and diseases
• Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation

• Competitive pay $19‑23 per hour
• 1.5x pay for snow removal hours

• Sign‑on bonus of $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after 12 months (if certain criteria are met)
