Leasing Consultant opportunity available with our Arbors of Grandview Apartments in Grandview, MO
.

Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturdays as needed

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on‑site amenities
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
• Assist property team with marketing efforts
• Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
• Foster and maintain relationships with on‑site residents

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent adject. skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
