We are seeking a Field Underwriter / Sales Representative who can be trained to become a Manager and lead in select regions within the next year. The role involves learning our proven Sales System, hiring, and training new Agents. We are targeting fast-growing markets and need a strong team leader committed to their work.

This is a 1:1 Sales Position with an incredible commission-only structure. Our streamlined lead generation system eliminates cold calling, connecting you with qualified buyers who need our products.

Our lead system involves mailing thousands of letters weekly to recent home buyers or refinance rs, offering mortgage protection and financial products with high commissions. You will call interested clients, set appointments, and assist them in choosing suitable plans, typically sitting with 8-15 families weekly.

As a new agent, you can earn approximately $700 per mortgage protection plan sold, with full-time agents selling 5-10 plans weekly. Additional high-commission financial products can significantly increase your income, potentially earning over $150K to $300K annually.
