We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented In-Home Sales Representative who's ready to be the face of our servicesomeone who connects easily with customers, manages details with care, and thrives in a team that works hard and has fun doing it.
What You'll Do:- Run professional in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Establish budgets and submit pricing requests
- Deliver detailed estimates
- Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to close the sale
- Place accurate product orders and coordinate with vendors
- Lead smooth production handoffs and walk-throughs with installation crews
- Collect payments, gather referrals, and maintain excellent client relationships
- Document all client communications in our CRM
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings
- Sales experience (preferably in windows, doors)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
