** Laborers at Viridity perform manual labor and handle all routine and physical tasks related to the creation, care and maintenance of assigned project responsibilities.
** Job Description
******** Essential Functions*
* * Help deliver the overall construction of lawn and landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring proper completion of various tasks related to the project.
* Use skillful handwork with various tools such as shovels and rakes.
* Operate pieces of equipment safely and efficiently as instructed by Team Leads.
* Precisely finish work in accordance with direction from Team Leads.
* Ensure that all elements of the assigned project tasks are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with other various projects, as needed.
* Represent Viridity and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times.
* Perform other related tasks as assigned.
** Personal Attributes
*** Strong attention to detail.
* Practice regular and prompt attendance with a flexible work schedule.
* Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all associates.
