North Terrace Property Management is looking for an experienced General Maintenance Technician with an HVAC Certification to join our dynamic team. We are a busy residential leasing company seeking a skilled professional to handle general maintenance tasks at our apartment community in Grandview, Missouri. The right candidate will have experience in a wide range of maintenance and repair duties and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Applicants must provide and maintain their own tools and demonstrate relevant experience in the field.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs.
• Complete light carpentry work.
• Repair and install drywall.
• interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Install appliances.
• Conduct light electrical work.
• Perform light plumbing tasks.

• HVAC Certification is required.
• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in construction or general maintenance is required.
• Proficiency in key skills such as painting, drywall installation and repair, and appliance installation.
• ,item of familiarity with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks is preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation, personal tools, and a functioning cell phone with active service are essential.

$21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
