QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess Missouri Teacher Certification
Reports ToREPORTS TO: Building Principal/Athletic Director
SupervisesSUPERVISES: 45 student athletes
Job GoalJOB GOAL: To support the head coach and to provide a learning environment for athletes to improve their skills.
Performance Responsibilities- Coach individual student athletes in the skills necessary for excellence in chosen sport.
- Planning and scheduling practices in season.
- Maintaining necessary paperwork.
- Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times and establishes and oversees penalties for breach of such standards by individual students.
- Organizing clinics and camps when appropriate.
- Organize and oversee off-season conditioning.
- Attend/participate in clinics to enhance knowledge and improve program.
DURATION OF POSIITON: November - May
FLSA:Exempt
CLEARANCES: Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
CLASS IV: Pay Range: $3904 - $5205
