We are a patient-centered medical home that is passionate about providing high-quality and comprehensive care. Our team-based approach means you will be part of a dedicated care team focused on community health. As the Clinic Medical Director at Grandview Medical Dental Clinic, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel.

This is a dual-impact position
:

• 70% Clinical
  – Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
• 30% Administrative
  – Lead clinical teams, drive performance, and support strategic goals in partnership with clinic operations leadership.

• A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine.
• An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel.

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic operational hours:
  Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• New Hire Guarantee: $TBD

• Hiring Bonus of $30,000.00

You must complete an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program to be considered for this position.
