Compensation information is provided below. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums, paid per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service and will support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.
• Follow and promote company customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selections.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed and directed.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to the position.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone, including looking up parts, quoting prices, recommending related items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer; process cash/credit transactions and make change accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, freight receiving, stocking, fronting, facing, cleaning, etc.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as preparing returns for shipment to distribution, assisting with stock adjustments and inventory counts.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training and company requirements are met.
• Perform in-store services for customers as allowed by state/local law (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate, subject to driving eligibility requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
• ASE certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
