Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our high-performing agency. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and who genuinely enjoys helping people. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and certificates of insurance.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support licensed agents with administrative and service-related tasks.
• Follow agency workflows and compliance standards.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to learn insurance products and agency systems.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Insurance experience or licensing is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Spanish speaking preferred.
