IT Manager - Grandville Area

Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

• Ensure high availability and performance of IT and operational technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of ERP, MES, SCADA, and other factory automation systems.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect intellectual property, production data, and OT environments.
• Manage IT infrastructure planning and support, including network architecture, servers, and data storage for manufacturing facilities.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage data analytics to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement for hardware, software, and services critical to production.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and internal IT policies across all manufacturing sites.

• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding and experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, MES, and industrial control systems.
• Proven expertise in ERP system implementation, optimization, and management within a production environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for IT/OT convergence and critical infrastructure protection.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure projects, network architecture, and data management initiatives.

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems (SCADA, PLCs, MES) and IT/OT convergence.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of industrial IoT (IIoT) applications and data analytics for production optimization.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS).
