• Develop new business by identifying leads, making proactive outreach, and converting opportunities into long-term clients
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized insurance reviews and exceptional service
• Sell and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Hit and exceed performance goals to drive personal and agency growth
• Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, renewals, and client data
• Stay current on product knowledge, state regulations, and Farmers best practices
• Collaborate in a results-driven and supportive team environment

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (1+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or ability to obtain promptly)
