Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives (e.g., new product introduction, line expansion, process improvement).
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing-specific projects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and production schedules.
- Ensure project adherence to manufacturing quality standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
- Communicate project status, issues, and changes effectively to all stakeholders, including production management.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment or technologies.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean Manufacturing).
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain logistics.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with common ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
- Experience with CAD software for reviewing technical drawings and designs.
- Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, automation).
- Advanced certifications in Agile project management methodologies.
