Job SummaryWe are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first‑hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.
Pay$20 USD/hr
Responsibilities- Operate hot wire cutting lines maintaining an efficient, consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
- Stretch wrap bundles as needed and palletize.
- Track block numbers.
- Use tape measure/ruler knowledge.
- Adapt to change by moving from one line to another.
- Drive the line.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Able to manage and set priorities in a changing environment.
- High degree of self‑motivation and flexibility.
- Analytical and structured work approach.
- May require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
- Requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Monday through Friday.
- Training period:
Must start on 1st Shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm) for the first few months. - After training, transition to 2nd Shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am).
