Hydraulic Hose Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Hydraulic Hose Assembly Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting hydraulic hose assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with hydraulic systems, strong manual dexterity, and a commitment to precision and safety.

• Assemble hydraulic hose components according to specifications and work orders.

• Cut, crimp, and fit hoses using appropriate tools and machinery.

• Inspect finished assemblies for defects, leaks, and compliance with standards.

• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.

• Operate hydraulic test benches and pressure testing equipment.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hose assembly or equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.
