• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate components accurately.
• Cut, bend, tie, weld, and assemble rebar and other materials according to specifications.
• Inspect rebar cages, parts, and finished assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ability to read tape measure, and blue prints
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate machinery safely
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Troubleshooting skills

Move minimum of 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, walk, climb, bend at the waist, reach, forceful use of hand tools, vocal projection

Typical industrial hazard varying climates, dust, noise and moving machinery.
