Responsibilities- Oversee service in the Front of House
- Enforce compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility (in conjunction with all management)
- Oversee/approve all Front of House side work
- Provide/oversee thorough training
- Set the pace in the Front of House during peak business times
- Hands‑on supervision of the restaurant (non‑scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.)
- Ensure 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist the Service Manager in developing a sales strategy to improve customer experience and drive sales
- Lead by example to help develop employees and assistants
- Cross‑train employees
- Oversee scheduling of designated departments, as directed by the Service Manager
- Develop promotions (incentives) to drive sales and conduct alley rallies, as directed by the Service Manager
- Manage compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
- Understand and practice safe food‑handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests at all times
- Control guest flow
- Assist with liquor inventory & ordering
- Assist Local Store Marketer with building sales
- Maintain culture of the restaurant and live core values (passion, integrity, partnership, fun with purpose)
