We are more than just a Parts Store, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. You don’t need to be an expert in tearing down engines, but a background in automotive parts is preferred.

• Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service and engaging positively with every customer
• Bringing energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores
• Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

• Enjoy helping customers with their auto parts and service questions
• Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks
• Are willing to learn about automotive parts if you lack experience
• Seek a team environment with growth opportunities

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school courses are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership work
• Experience in a parts store, auction, retail, or auto body/collision
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory systems
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications
