Overview

As the Merchandise Leader, you support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your role focuses on floor set execution, merchandising updates, replenishment, and guest ready store operations.

• Drive outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store always reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Execute floor set strategy: train and coach floor set team, set clear productivity goals, and guarantee all areas meet floor set standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in tip‑top shape.
• Champion culture of recognition, celebrate team wins, and prioritize guest experience.
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills with experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and priority‑setting abilities.
• Flexible availability: early morning, late evening, weekends.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
