Verizon Retail Sales Associate position. Full-time role in a retail store with focuses on sales, customer service, product knowledge, and community engagement. Compensation includes base pay plus potential commissions; extensive benefits and career growth opportunities are available starting day one.

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers  needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales through effective communication to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at Verizon-sponsored events to expand the loyal customer base.

We’re hiring immediately. This is a sales-focused, not just entry-level role. Earn $16.00–$21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 per year in individual commissions if sales goals are met, with top performers potentially earning $65,000–$73,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours, and performance.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (work, military)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods to increase income

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience and ability to find solutions for customers
• Customer service experience
