Automotive Sales Associate

Michigan's #1 Honda dealership is seeking two highly motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join our team in Grandville, Michigan. This is a full-time, commission-only role within the automotive industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an individual contributor role, so the sales associates will have control over their earning potential.

As a commission-only sales job, the Automotive Sales Associates will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on their sales performance. • Greet customers and provide a positive and welcoming experience
• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
• Follow up with potential customers to maintain and build relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and efficiently
• Continuously update knowledge of the automotive industry and our product line
• Participate in sales training programs and workshops as required
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall dealership goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and dealership showroom

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with basic computer programs and ability to learn dealership-specific software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
