Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components to ensure optimal operation.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Calibrate and maintain electrical instruments and process control systems.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and codes, including NFPA 70E.
• Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI systems.

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase.
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash).

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor control systems
• Industrial network troubleshooting experience (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus)
• Robotics maintenance or troubleshooting experience
• Advanced Arc Flash safety training or certification
