Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

• Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in machinery.
• Execute timely repairs and replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality.
• Install, calibrate, and commission new production machinery and systems.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.

• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial production machinery.
• Demonstrated proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) or robotics.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
