Irrigation Install Foreman - Year Round

• Plan and manage the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers with equipment needed to complete daily jobs.
• Ability to read a blueprint/plan.
• Have a troubleshooting mindset.
• Supervise a team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Inspect daily work to ensure quality.
• Ability to train and lead a team of individuals.
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Train crew members on proper and safe irrigation and sprinkling methods.
• Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organizations in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, and jobsites.

• 2+ years experience installing irrigation.
• Valid Driver's license and two years clean driving experience. Chauffer's license preferred but not required.
• Previous irrigation experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools.
• Love to work in the beautiful Michigan weather.
