About the role:
Justteachers is seeking an French Teacher who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Barrow in Furness area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence September with the school looking at shortlisting ASAP.
A smaller, close‑knit school where every pupil is known and supported as an individual. The setting prides itself on strong values, excellent behaviour and a collaborative staff team who work together to create a nurturing and engaging learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach KS3–KS4 French following the national curriculum
- Support pupils in developing speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
- Mark work and track progress to inform next steps
- Promote cultural awareness and language confidence
- Degree in French or modern languages
- UK teaching qualification (QTS)
- Native or near native fluency
- Experience teaching KS3–KS4
