Senior Structural Engineer

Position: Senior Structural Engineer (Permanent)

We are working with the London Bridge office of a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy who are looking to grow their team. With a reputation for delivering complex and innovative structural solutions, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to lead multiple projects and contribute to major developments across London and beyond.
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for running 4-5 projects simultaneously, overseeing technical delivery and client engagement. You will work within a collaborative team on large-scale RC residential, schools, and hospital projects, ensuring high-quality structural solutions from concept to completion.

This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of significant, impactful projects.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with experience in reinforced concrete structures. You should be confident in leading multiple projects, managing client relationships, and delivering efficient, cost-effective solutions. What You Need To Succeed

* Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects independently.

* Expertise in reinforced concrete design; experience with steel and other materials is beneficial.

* Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, and Building Regulations.

* Experience in leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers.

* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.

* Excellent communication skills for client interaction and project coordination.

* A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on technical excellence.

* Chartered with IStruct

E or ICE (preferred but not essential).

* MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
