• A valid Nursing PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving excellent outcomes
• A solid understanding of the Gold Standards Framework (GSF) and commitment to delivering the highest quality of end-of-life care
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and inspection frameworks
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
