Salary: £50,000 per annum

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You’ll Bring

A valid Nursing PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

Proven experience as a Care Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving excellent outcomes

A solid understanding of the Gold Standards Framework (GSF) and commitment to delivering the highest quality of end-of-life care

Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and inspection frameworks

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
